CANCELLATION POLICY:
The customer can choose to cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it is out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.
In case of any cancellation from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
RETURN POLICY:
Customers can request a return within 4 days from the date of delivery only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Proof such as photos or videos must be provided at the time of raising the return request.
Certain products such as personal care items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Cartvia Erode reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
REFUND POLICY:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and credited to your original source of payment within 7 working days in case of prepaid orders, and in case of COD orders, a payment receiving link or bank transfer process will be provided.
